On a personal level. What does money mean to you? What do you think about when you see money, hear about it, or earn/receive it?
Just a basic question on a fundamental level.

Most important thing in the world imo. I'm surprised you answered this way. Why do you say that?

I'm surprised you answered this way. Why do you say that? Because it is, when you're broke life sucks. You get no respect, you can't wear what you want, eat what you want, sleep with who you want, and live how you want. I'm an introverted person. The things I like and makes life worth living : Video Games, Books, Porn, Hollywood movies and so on cost money. What about the thngs people take for granted: medicine, clean water, air conditioning, rapd transportation, etc. All cost money. So, by default money is the most important thing in the world.

Money gives you options which is what makes life great, it also takes care of your basic needs for survival. Money is definitely one of the most important things. Family costs money as well for the losers who love to say that people matter and money doesn't (can't stand that group, heh). What do you think of or feel like when you receive money?

I never got that mentality because most people in my life weren't that great. Sure, you might meet people who you are close to. But, they are few and far between. So, 99.9 percent of the time money is more important. I don't like being given something I didn't earn. That's why I never play the lottery and I hate hand outs. Because I feel less f a man.

You find a few here and there who are ok, but finding a person with the same mindset that I have is very rare. Most people are the typical morons who just want to consume and talk about a bunch of nothing. This idea that you "need others" to be happy is just neediness. Nothing wrong with enjoying the company of others, but people need to learn how to enjoy themselves on their own first. How do you feel when you earn it, what's the first thing you think about?

As a general rule, the bigger a group is the worst it tends to be. I tend to be better of in smaller more tight-knit groups. We need others in the context of trading goods and services: "I scratch your back and you scratch mines". But, emotionally not really.
I feel like a man, I like buying stuff with my own money and doing things on my own. Being rich seems to feel great imo.

Right, productive and intelligent people producing goods and services that we use and enhance each other's lives is good, but many are consuming and do nothing. I've always been more of a 1 on 1 person as large groups are lame. You also outgrow many friends and people you dealt with as they never grow, they just stagnate. What do you want to do when you first get money that you earn?

I don't care about consumers, but when they use government power to force people to give them stuff [which is always] then we have a problem. I want to build and invest in business ideas. I'm into science, so, I'll do something related to it.

We cater to the losers too much nowadays and the dead weight.

If people were just dumb consumers I could careless, but government caters to losers by punishing winners. It's dumb.

Well when they say things like low interest rates and high inflation is good and then print money so that people can have "free" things, that's when I have a problem. Which is exactly what we do on top of all the loser programs and overpaid government/union workers.

Speaking of fiat currency, do you think we should go back to a gold standard?

Speaking of fiat currency, do you think we should go back to a gold standard? Oh definitely, the only way to keep politicians on a chain so they can't buy votes with printed money.

What about you? What does money mean to you? I see it as primarily a tool to give me options, aka freedom. Since freedom and privacy is important to me money is of course important. Not only the freedom to come and go where I want and not answer to anybody, but also the freedom to not have to live with people I can't stand, or not deal with a boss, etc. Without money you don't have very many options and I can't live that way.

Yeah, doing what I want and living how I please is the best. Life is better when you have freedom and privacy.

I was thinking the dreamcast era when it came to links frame. tbh, I never counted frames, and I'm not so knowledgeable about them.

I was thinking the dreamcast era when it came to links frame. tbh, I never counted frames, and I'm not so knowledgeable about them. None of the older games had tight links outside of weird situations or inifinites. The way they're doing it along with syncing it together means we'll have more stable experiences online with less dropping. I thought 2 frames would have been perfect but it was silly to have to rewire a stick just to do lp plinking.
