He seems to be written like a brick in Avengers. Though Bill can be written that way, they write him with about five times more lethality. Check this:

vs Pentigaar the Ice Giant. In Thor v1, Thor has an issue-long fight with him.

I know. The fight was sick. I'm kinda wondering what they're gonna do with Bill though. I have a theory that he may be brought in during Civil War, maybe if they're hunting Spidey or something. Spidey's got two powerful allies that I honestly don't think he's told anyone about: Bill and Toxin.
