Action focused gameplay (Kingdom Hearts, Crisis Core and Dissidia) Extra story bits (could be new characters and party members) More detailed areas and new areas (Hints that it includes the story and locations from the spin off titles) Some character redesigns (Barret looks like Chunky Muscly Blade instead of Mr. T)

No watch the gameplay, actually thinking back to the FFXIII trilogy I can understand why you might think this could've been turn based/atb. Yeah it's full on action, free movement pick your target stab em, burn em.

Yeah it plays like Kingdom Hearts. The thing that confuses me is that out of everything the one thing the fans choose to get pissed about is the one thing that makes this game possible and that's the episodic release.

Yeah but Square Enix for years have been saying that remaking Final Fantasy VII would be impossible because of the cost and many corners would have to be cut in order to do it. Square Enix have come up with a way to make a full Final Fantasy VII remake with extra stuff and the fans have got angry, I think this is one of the rare moments where the Developers should just tell the fans to piss off.

They're just being honest and I don't see anything wrong with the if the quality is good. Especially in the era of DLC's and other nonsense.

I really hope that the higher ups in charge of FFVII at SquareEnix don't cave in to these vocal minorities.
Cloud and Sephiroth should just up and slice the shit out of these pretentious freaks.

They made a point in saying that certain moments, like the Honey Bee Inn, will have to be adapted carefully, due to the change in the social climate of today compared to when the game first launched all those years ago.

Seriously? Now first off the scene in question involves a lot of Gay Jokes, something weird with two old people and a chicken and some other weird stuff. It's a weird scene and something that has a right to be in the remake however the current SJW Epidemic has even Japan worried about offending people...

What does this mean for the cross dressing? What does this mean for characters that are going to be criticised by SJW's? Will Tifa now be skinny with no breasts or fat and ugly? Will Yuffie no longer wear short shorts? This is a remake that Square claimed was going to be 1 for 1 with extra stuff (ignoring the gameplay changes) but already stuff that SJW's will throw a hissy fit over is being changed or removed.

This is serious or at least could be serious. For all we know the changes might make the Gay Jokes funnier, Tifa will still have Large Breasts and the Cross Dressing will still be hilarious.

It's a shame if this happens because it just proves us right. Of course people will say we're just making up stuff, but it's too obvious now.
