So as you guys no I've been taking things out of my diet like corn and sugar. Here is an update of how that's going.
1. It wasn't a huge jump for me as I cook all of my own food but I just had to make sure I ate no processed foods whatsoever and that my only sugar came from complex carbs and vegetables. I find modern fruit to be waaayyyyy too sugary and not like the sugar we used to eat in the past in nature. The fruit also gives me many side effects from headaches to various stomach related things as well.
2. To add on to cleansing in my body I drink lemon water and some olive oil and that does the trick. Helps me feel "full" and cleans my body out and regulates it. Sugar affects how your body holds water so eliminating this helped a lot as well. Don't find myself as thirsty as before.
3. I tried going to Stevia since it was so highly recommended (and this was raw Stevia) but it caused me body pain and still made me want something sweet so I just dropped it.
4. Brown rice also seems to cause me aches as well. While it has more fiber it's harder to digest than white rice. White rice was giving me problems as well since the body treats it as sugar so I stopped eating that too.
5. My joint pain has gone down tremendously and I don't get the headaches I was once getting. Sugar also weakens your immune system and feeds cancer cells. It's poison and just best to remove. It's also highly addictive and studies find it to be more addictive than cocaine. This is troubling since sugar is so common.
6. My hunger has gone down quite a bit. I can eat breakfast at 5 am or so and be fine until noon. In fact I can split my breakfast in half. I eat lunch and some small meal before bed.
7. Tried some almond butter as a in-between meal but it gives me problems constantly. Trying out cashews right now and I like them.
8. Avocados spiked my blood sugar this weekend. The first time my joints were on fire and the second time I felt tingly. I had to take them back. I had them a year or so ago but I was testing them again. Still a no go.
9. I took red meat out of my diet as it gave me headaches and pain and made me hungry.
Overall not bad. I'll make more updates as I go along.

So what was the motivation to try a no sugar diet? Does your body not process sugars very well?

Sugar is very bad for you and is one of the worst things people eat (especially in America) along with Gluten, Corn, Milk, etc. It's all over the place and has a list of side effects such as inflammation which is one of the things that bothered me. In fact I didn't have joint pain until late 2013 when I started consuming more of it. People who go without sugar feel the same things I mention. They feel much better all around with less pain and sickness. When they try sugar again they feel sick. Your body needs glucose to function but you can get that from complex carbs and vegetables. Fructose isn't handled the same way and is processed in your liver and messes with your insulin. When you consume this sugar your body releases excess insulin to "clean" it up. This leaves you with low blood sugar and you get a crash. Stopping sugar has many similarities to hangovers actually. Here's a list of the problems with sugar here. rheumatic.org/sugar.htm1. Sugar can suppress the immune system. 2. Sugar upsets the mineral relationships in the body. 3. Sugar can cause hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and crankiness in children. 4. You're better giving up Rice whether brown or white. It turns to sugar during digestion. Same with bread whether white bread or wheat bread.

Well brown rice is a complex carb and white rice is a simple carb. Complex carbs digest much better and are generally better for you. The thing is brown rice has other elements in it that make it much harder to digest. It has a very high amount of fiber which can be rough on some people as well. Some people have an easier time eating white rice.
That said I agree, rice isn't "bad" but there are better things to eat. I used to eat rice almost daily but I've moved on from it. I was eating brown rice crackers and other things as a substitute for corn and bread. I always wondered why I never felt full. Makes sense now.

So, when you eat bread. Is it Gluten free or do you not eat bread at all? Also, when you say lemon wter. Do you mean you squeeze a lemon in some water? What's your opinion on flavored water.

Never use bread at all. Lemon water is just from lemons or you can use the "juice" that comes from squeezed lemons (but no sugar, etc).

Bread has absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever. I gave it up once for a year and now unfortunately I eat it again. I've dieted before, but I usually get it back. My hypoglycemia makes giving up sugar a bitch, I'm looking for a low carb alternative to sugar period.

I've stopped eating it some time ago. You could try brown rice substitutes. Your sugar problems could be due to a dependency on it, but go for fruits and vegetables instead of junky foods and you should be fine.

I love vegetables, but I've never been into fruits outside of like five. Gonna try making drinks with low sugar or low carb shake.

Apples and Oranges give me headaches and the others cause other issues. Vegetables have enough sweetness in them and provide the glucose you need without the fructose or the sucrose either. Modern fruits have been grown to be EXTREMELY sweet. I will have lemon and lime water though.

Can you explain this lemon water or lime water? Because I don't get it lol.

Just drops of lemon or lime juice into water, either from the actual lemon/lime or from the bottled version you can get in stores. You've never had a lemon or lime with your beverage?
