A. No Prep.
B. 1 Day of Prep as well, for both sides.

I'll be guessing no prep in which case Batman is in a bad situation here.
His ninja tactics will be worth about dick if he doesn't find a way around that Spider sense of his.
However, I could see him pulling a Captain America on him. Just bouncing stuff around till he gets to land one.
The tricky part is you know Batman has gas grenades and stuff on him to even the odds.
I don't know how I feel about this yet. Let me get back to this.

I say Batman is skilled enough to get a few wins with no prep.
With prep he should take the majority just because h will carry alot better items in in him

I don't know how I feel about this yet. Let me get back to this. His physicality is too poor for him to pose a threat without prep so he fares worse than Logan. Especially with invisibility. With both sides having prep I see Bats going up a few, he might conjure something against the Spidersense, but I don't know what he could do that would guarantee him the win and allow him to stay in character.

So it's not terribly unreasonable to say Spiderman wins 8/10

Batman loses more often then even capt would. the reasons why are simply capt can take a blow from spidy and has a chance of not beeing KOed dependign on were he hit how ever batman who is not nearly as durable as capt does not have the same chances and since there no way batman not getting hit in this fight he likly to lose a high majority.

I dont know why "Capt" is being discussed in a Spider-Man vs. Batman debate. A. Spider-Man wins 9/10. With Spidey's new armor, Batman's gas grenades and other trinkets are mostly useless. B. With Prep? I dont see Batman gaining more than 3/10. Even if Batman can somehow disable the spidersense, and somehow hit Spidey's armor with an EMP - Batman still has to battle a character that is vastly stronger and much quicker than Batman. But the prep is for both sides, and Peter is no fool. He knows what his weaknesses are and will look to counteract what Batman is planning.

Batman is just as durable as Captain America is.
But back on topic, is this classic Spidey, or new Spidey with all the slapped-on unneccesary powers?

Batman got the motherbox though, now that I think of it. That's far worse than Spiderman's upgrades.

How often does he really use that Motherbox though?

With no prep Spider-man just punches Batman's head to smithereens. There will be no victories for Batman in that case.

I forgot about the motherbox. That is something that Peter cant prep against in one day.
So now we have
No prep- Spider-Man 9/10
Prep- Batman 10/10. (due to the Motherbox)

Enough with the motherbox already.
How many times has he gone up against a very powerful opponent and he had plenty of prep?
And how many times out of those fights did he use the motherbox?
Exactly. Even though he has it, it doesn't mean he'll use it. There are lots of things he wouldn't use. In an ordinary prep situation he just prepares things like a different costume or various equipment or even vehicles but he hardly (meaning like once out of 90 fights) ever uses the motherbox.

Which is why it should be mentioned if it is going to be used alternatively.

Yes, and it's unfair for people to use one excuse and stick with it through a debate despite it being out of character. Not saying anyone here is bad or anything, I just hate when they do it at KMC.

And they do it very frequently. There's a reason Batman wins as many fights as he does and there's a reason why he doesn't win all his fights as well.
Personally, I don't even think he has the motherbox anymore.

Thanos could have used it when Drax shoved his hand through Thanos' chest.

Without prep, Spidey will win just because it is inevitable. Spidey 9/10.
With prep, Batman has a jet with missiles and shit. Batman 9/10.

I'm sure that Batman could convolute himself a hefty arsenal of weaponry.
