Who wins between Flash and Superman when they are using their full realized powers and abilities?

The Death and Life of Superman.

Flash is really just a walking plot device. The writers would continually give him new powers and just link it to the Speed Force.

So remind me since I'm in no mood to look back, who would win off of battle rules?

If Flash is going to use physics involved with matter going over light speed and the speed force. I really do not see how superman can win. Though, Superman with fullpotential can be written in any fashion. But, hasn't it been implied that he's some sort of Supreme Being?

flash can steal superman's speed. that would seal the win for the flash, imo. if wally doesn't? superman can take him, imo...

Fair assessment. I remember trying to explain that to people who watched the Justice League tv show, Flash was just comic relief.
