So I've heard there's now a Black Goku or something. It seems to be going down the drain more and more.
Has anyone else been keeping up with it?

Yeah, I watch super. It's a Black Goku that's evil. Most f the villains in Super are pallet swaps of older characters. We already had two Friezas: Gold and then light blue ( his name is frost). A blue recolored Super Saiyain and now this.

What was Frost even about. The blue Saiyain?

He's from a parallel universe. Dbz is now a multiverse with 12 universes. Universes 7 and 6 are twin universes. Goku and crew are from universe 7.
Super Sayain Blue is just goku mixing the power of regular Super Sayain with the power of Super Sayain God. It's called Super Sayain God Super Sayain or ssgssj. They call it Super Sayain Blue as well.

Right I remember the SSGSSJ or whatever. Does he benefit by using up less energy?
Is Frost supposed to be even stronger then?
Edit: I just saw the fight. Did he throw it or what? Seemed like a technique too. Kind of odd.

SSGSS is alot more calm and in control and because of that: Goku can use Super Kaioken
Frost used Poison needles to beat Goku and he had troubles with Super Sayain 1 Goku. So, he's stronger than final form Frieza who was getting his assed whooped by Base Goku. But, Friezas fourth form (Golden Frieza) is much stronger. |

Yeah, the pacing in Super is a bit different. The characters don't keep powering up like they did in Z and alot of them have "tricks" which they use instead.

What's funny is alot of the villains have "cheap" powers now and that gives the Z fighters such a hard time. One guy (Hit) from the previous arc could stop time for like 2 seconds and Vegeta and Goku had such a hard time dealing with him lol. Now they're getting owned by someguy who could copy their abiities. This is stuff that even Batman or Spider-Man could get around lol. |

But, they ruined it by not fleshing it out. The whole thing is a rip off of YYH imo wit Sensui Holy Chi thing. Bleach did it too, DBZ is creatively bankrupt, but the transformations look cool I guess. The arcs are getting worst and worst imo. |

Yea it is funny they ripped off Sensui like that.
This is what Sensui has to say about that.
Anyways yea YYH was just ahead of its time and is a timeless show. I can never get tired of that.
I don't think DBZ is even trying anymore. Just milking the fans. YYH stopped when it ran out of ideas and closed it. The worst of YYH is better than the best of DBZ. I do like the original DragonBall though.
Lol caught the update. Super Sayian Pink? It's like a parody of itself at this point.
