Explain the three stipulations to me, are they simply added in to sides? |

Basically, Spidey and Johnny have to engage several Iron Man Villians at once. In the first round both sides have no prep, In the second round both sides have prep and in the third only Johnny and Spidey have prep. Each round they fight a different set of Iron-Man villians at once. Oh, spidey has the black suit.
