At April 1st we gotten a trailer of Fighting EX Layer previous posted on the Street Fighter fourms @apr 2, 2017 at 2:56am by NyuNozomiHyuga: thacmaster.proboards.com/thread/3221/street-fighterHeres more Fighting EX Layer content from eventhubs: 'Fighting EX Layer' images and corner gameplay shown by Kazunoko We found out that the "Fighting EX Layer" game that Arika showed off was sort of an April Fools' joke, and sort of not. Apparently the joke was showing the game without announcing it ahead of time rather than the concept itself. Kazunoko was spotted playing the game in one of the videos. Since then, Kazunoko has showed off additional images and a video that showcases some corner combo. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Here's two minutes of test gameplay footage of Fighting EX Layer featuring Garuda and Kairi Arika's endeavor, currently known as Fighting EX Layer, doesn't quite have the green light yet, but has fighting game fans' interests piqued to see where things will go. Burnout Fighter has posted some gameplay featuring Garuda and Kairi brawling it out.

Getting Skullomania is pretty much a guarantee spot since he is part of the EX lineup like currently announced Kairi, Hokuto, & Garuda. Hes as guarantee as Doctrine Dark, Pullum Purna, Cracker Jack, Darun Mister etc. I would be more interested in how many characters were going to see from both EX characters, Fighting Layer characters, & new characters.

ARIKA fighter will be playable at EVO17 Written By: NyuNozomiHyuga At April Fools, we had an announcement that ARIKA was making another fighting game like the EX series (without the SF characters) where all we saw Kairi, Hokuto, Garuda fighting in a 3D plain. But at EVO17, the ARIKA fighting game will be playable for a location test which it will be free to play on Friday & Saturday at ARIKA's booth which they will be taking feedback. Heres the facebook post: Maybe hopefully we will get to see some characters being conformed ranging from EX series (which will happen regardless), Fighting Layer characters, & new fighters. We got 2 new fighters added to Arika's lineup returning from SFEX Skullomania & Darun Mister, heres the trailer of it: The game will come at 2018 as a PS4 release so far no Xbox One or PC release, and was tease to be playable at April Fools the exact date when this game was first announced. The game will have limited beta testing taking place at the end of 2017. Pre-Orders will be available in Japan, along with the beta testing. Pre-Order Bonuses will be announced later down the road. Arika EX Character Backstories Written By: NyuNozomiHyuga Since we've gotten plenty of EX Content for Arika's Fighter from EVO, we also have some backstories of the characters that is part of the roster so far plus extra info about what certain characters are mentioned in the bio Backstory: -Having lost his memory, he is now locked in an endless battle with other powerful warriors. -Garuda has been following Kairi around the globe, feeding on the powerful spirits Kairi releases in battle. -He is Nanase's brother, and Shirase's half-brother. Who is Shirase? The true identity of "Hokuto", once the bloodline seal placed on her was released. The illegitimate child of the Mizugami Family; to hide her real identity she took the name of Hokuto and joined the main family. She was brainwashed at infancy and given the mission to kill Kairi; but once the spell wore off, "Hokuto" became no more. With her final will, she sealed her younger sister Nanase's memory, so that she could live a life as a normal girl. Backstory: -The true identity of the assassin Hokuto, after being freed from the seal placed on her. -With her final will, she erased Nanase's memories in order for her to live a normal life. -Having lost the ability her feel emotion, her only mission now is to kill Kairi. Backstory: -A living corpse acting as the vessel for a countless number of powerful souls; he is made up of lingering grudges and resentment. -Originally existing only to fight, in the flames of battle his sense of self became twisted and he turned into a monster that seeks to devour all other powerful souls. -Once, a great warrior sacrificed his life to seal Garuda away, but after resonating with the a powerful "dark energy", he was reborn. -A descendant of the Hayate clan once sealed Garuda in his own body, but was eventually taken over and became the new vessel. -With the energy released during Kairi and Shirase's battle, Garuda was able to resurrect himself once more by feeding on the spirits of powerful warriors. Backstory: -After finding re-employment in a very good position, he is living a productive life as a Salaryman. -However, he is troubled by the fact that he has no recollection over the recent Skullomania appearances. -That doubt have given birth to new powers. -He has a pet dog named Pochiro. Backstory: -The Undefeated Champion of Indora Pro Wrestling. -After the God of Indora spoke to him in a dream, Darun resigned from his role as Purun's bodyguard and made his way to Japan. -He was utterly defeated by Garuda and left on the verge of death, but he was protected and saved by Gougi. -He is now a man completely determined to face Garuda once again and defeat him. -Incredibly Hot-blooded What is Gougi? In the past, Garuda (a being made up of the lingering grudges of powerful warriors who fell in battle) was sealed by the Hayate clan. Although Garuda was resurrected once, thanks to the self-sacrifice of a Hayate descendant, he was sealed once again. However, feeding on the energy released during Kairi and Hokuto's battle, Garuda was resurrected once more and became a demon that seeks out powerful souls in order to devour them. Gougi is the very embodiment of a fallen warrior's spirit; it contains Energy, Power, Skill, and Secret Techniques. Powerful souls can join together with Gougi to draw out new powers, but those with weak souls are unable to resist the Gougi and end up being corrupted. Source: eventhubs

Allen Snider confirmed to be in Arika's unnamed fighting game Arika has uploaded a teaser which outright shows its latest fighter: Allen Snider. Allen Snider is a character known for being based off of a young Chuck Norris. He also tends to borrow some mannerisms from Bruce Lee. Not much is shown of Allen Snider. We, unfortunately, do not yet have the opportunity to view Allen Snider's fighting style in the new game. All we get to see is his idle stance. Still, it's enough to see that he is most likely going to be a playable fighter. He is joining Kairi, Garuda, Hokuto, Skullomania and Darun. This makes a total of six characters in the game now. We'll be sure to be on the lookout for additional details about Allen Snider. I will say though, that the music that plays during the trailer is quite enjoyable. Source: eventhubs

Fighting EX Layer upcoming patch fixes Modifications: – There is a stage where process dropout occurs when having Online Match (not all but some PS4) We are very sorry but we will remove this stage from Online Match until we figure out the problem. – Hit Status of Sanane’s “Yayoitoukongi” ▼Changed the all 5 hits status to “Blow Off” (In Japanese we call it “Fukitobi” but I did not know what to call it in English, sorry) – Bug of Hit/Throwing moves ▼Fixed her throwing move (ignoring a distance) – “Desperation” Gougi was applied to Hard Attack. ▼We will modify so as not to apply. – Because of Hayate’s Atemi, some moves were not able to hit so we will modify this. – There was a mistake in the method of displaying the Training flame so we will fix it. I like Garuda. Remember him from the Street Fighter Ex Days. Garuda is usually the guy you always encounter along with Sagat & Vega (Bison) from EX2 Plus & EX3. I've rented the EX games, but never own them.

Is that Skullomania that I see?
Yea Garuda was like a mini-boss of sorts. I did like some of their character ideas. My brother and I also enjoyed dramatic battle together as well.

Yep you're seeing Skullomania, which he was conformed along with Duran Mister at Jul, 18 2017 post when the game was under its mysterious title. I mainly played the games by Myself from playing through Arcade Mode, and the Vs. Mode (for EX3).

The Wrath of Cortex had some insane loading times too. I remember those blue discs, but not so fondly. They ended up being harder to start and use over the lifespan of the system in my experience.

After Vulcano Russo graduated from the Organization, he began his new life as the "Narcissist Detective." Meanwhile, Pullum Purna discovered a clue about her father's disappearance and declared that she herself will find him.

The more I look at this the more I realize it has a Kof 14 feel to it.
I bet the Capcom fanboys aren't complaining about the graphics in it like they were with 14.
