Out of all of these lifestyles, which do you like the best?
I am currently smack dab in between suburban and rural life and it's annoying when I want to do anything. Post college years living outside of the city sucks. It's also a pain since my business is local.

Personally I prefer places where I can go out to eat or shopping by via walking so it would be suburbs.

Personally I prefer places where I can go out to eat or shopping by via walking so it would be suburbs. Really? Haha. That's my exact problem with the burbs. The walkability is very poor and the social scene is poor. When I was a kid it was cool because my friends were nearby and I had school to socialize and extracurricular activities. Now everyone lives further and has their own lives. I end up having to drive everywhere. The quickest "walk" that I would do when I was younger before I had a car was an hour just to go to the store to get snacks. If I want to go out and do something social with young adults I have to drive an hour to the city which means I need to plan it in advance and make it worth the trip. If I could go a very short distance with good nightlife it would be a dream. What city is your suburb in to have great walkability?
