which version is on my list and why i picked will be here too

10. PS2, Xbox, GC
Why I Picked: Because this game makes team battle very fun and story did make more sense.

9.Sega CD, PC
Why I Picked: Awesome graphics and a cool twist to time travel help made this game a high seller on sega cd.

8. Arcade
Why I Picked: I love fighting games but i hate how hard it is to play as Super Sonic.

7. Dreamcast, GC (2 Battle)
Why I Picked: My favorite hedgehog debut appearance still up to this day is quite legendary.

6. Genesis
Why I Picked: Part 1 was good but it's direct sequel aka part 2 was better.

5. Genesis
Why I Picked: Part 2 was the first sonic game to play as Knuckles.

4. Genesis
Why I Picked: It's Highly a classic not best of sonic list is perfect with the original itself.

3. Dreamcast, GC (DX)
Why I Picked: Cool concept with every character plus the upgrades rocks the only down for me was there a few upgrades you can get only one chance to get or that's it no way of getting but started from stretch.

2. Genesis
Why I Picked: Wow i never thought there a sonic game better than this.

1. GC
why I Picked: Sorry if you were thinking that Shadow the Hedgehog would be my number 1 nope this collection not including the horrible update plus was a good game having all of the games i want possible with sonic and two games that are not sonic but have something related to the series so that's why Mega Collection is my top pick.

i think everyone who likes my list and i hope it's a good one indeed.

That was on the other consoles at that time wasn't it (sonic mega collection).

that was released in 2002 for gc but a update was made but with sound problems.

i could not think of another good sonic game to put there and i was going to put shadow the hedgehog there.

The only thing about Sonic Heroes is the constant switching that takes away from the pace of the game.

you know what is a shame, not just shame but a big dirty shame most of sega and nintendo it was sega who took ideas of nintendo intil dr. robotnik's mean bean machine so nintendo finally striked back with kirby avalanche.

i know but sega doing that mostly only to find out when they have a idea nintendo comes back with a rival idea.

I'm not going to sit and name all of them, but I do agree on that number one spot. Don't remember a Sonic Kart, and I have Game Gear. I'll have to check that out.

I have to agree with the guys in this video. It is the "Top Ten Worst 2D to 3D games", and with Sonic at the number 2 spot. I mean, the games were awesome when they were 2D, but now they are just getting worse. The only good Sonic games coming out are coming out on the GBA and DS, and they are 2D gameplay.

NARC! Awesome, I had thought everyone forgot about the original.

As I was watching that, I couldn't help thinking the 3D Mega Man should have taken the top spot. What a joke. Then I saw Castlevania there instead, which is kinda cheating, because the SNES one was pretty lame too. SOTN and the NES ones were where it was at. The 3D Contra(s) should have been higher too.

I like them more in their 2d days as well, not that the 3D ones are a bad idea, I guess it's the way they're executed. Sonic is meant to be fast, and while the 3d exploration is good, it tends to slow the game down.
