While on a training trip in the mountains, Ryu is setting up camp. What he doesn't know is that he is dangerously near the area where the Mugen Tenshin Clan has their villages.
Kasumi, now the clan leader (Hayate had stepped down) and Ayane, the Hajinmon boss hear reports about a Japanese man in a tattered gi and red headband who sent several of their respective ninjas to the hospital.
Deciding to take this matter into their own hands, Kasumi and Ayane track Ryu down. They find him at his dojo, neat Suzaku Castle and challenges him to a fight. Not having a good brawl in a couple of months, Ryu accepts.

Hard to say...
I havn't played any DOA's past DOA2, and I don't nessisarily trust whats on KMC.
I think I'll wait for someone to post something in relation to Kasumi and Ayane before I say anything I may regret.
