I won't include Tank, Boat, Space Vehicle & Mecha combat games into this topic it's all about the games in car combat games against Road Rash series since it's the only survivor of that genre.

You tell me which one you like more I'm sure it's in car combat I know a few series are good enough to have me stay with it I mean Road Rash was a great series but it's died out no other series will be like that.

To be honest no I don't I know what you are thinking I'm nuts for saying that I like TM more than GTA because it's so realistic.

The emulators are legal, the roms would be what is illegal.

They're only technically illegal in any case. It's not like they're going to throw you in jail for stealing a rom of Super Mario 3 or some obscure game that only came out in Iceland that you have to apply a translation patch too anyway. Maybe Nintendo will start getting pissy about it in the future with their Wii virtual console thing, but at the moment it's one of those "eh whatever" things.

Nintendo goes after the sites that hosts the Roms rather than the people downloading them.

True, but even then they rarely get more than a cease-and-desist, which is more or less irrelevant considering new sites are always popping up. Of course, people always have torrents when all else fails.
