Zangief? Which scene do you mean? There was a scene where Zangief and Blanka were on stage to entertain some crime lord people, and Blanka finished him off with electricuting him. Oh right, I remember that scene. But perhaps my memory is flawed, but I thought that match was inconclusive. |
