The name isn't unfamiliar to me, but I wasn't that steeped in it. I read just about everything back in school though.

Ecochallenge was the most hardcore surviving/backpacking race there was. It could drive people nuts. Even Navy Seals didn't do so hot in these competitions.

Ecochallenge was the most hardcore surviving/backpacking race there was. It could drive people nuts. Even Navy Seals didn't do so hot in these competitions. They went through all types of challenges and temperatures and environment. I've heard of it before, but I don't remember much else.

It's impossible to find on video nowadays. And even the VHS tapes will run you about $30 on the low end.
