Here is a basic summary of Onegai Teacher I got off of IMDB
An alien is ordered to investigate earth, making sure that it's teachers are doing well, so she becomes a teacher herself. When she shows up, however, she is seen by one of the students, and must keep him quiet. He escapes into her ship and is transported to another realm, and she has to keep him from being erased. In the mean time, she begins to fall in Love with him, and due to a misunderstanding, they are forced to get married. Now, they must keep her identity and their marriage a secret, and try to live out normal lives.
Faerie's Landing does look good. I have to check into that

It is, I just don't want to tell you anything in the plot... so you'll have to read one at the bookstore or library. It's not sleazy either so that's a good thing.

It looks like I would have to go to the bookstore, because the libraries over here don't have it. I just did a search on my county library's website, and it seems like the only manga that they have is Naruto.

It has 3 parts. It is a novel. It is about a made up country based on Japan. It has a similar culture, similar geography, and has Japanese names. It is still pretty good though.
