Just the first book. I want to read the first one, see how I like it, and then get the others.

I just got an e-mail today saying it shipped (The seller is pretty fast). It should be here in 1-2 weeks. I think I got a pretty good deal. This person was selling it for $0.24, for a new copy. In fact, most of the volumes on amazon.com are pretty cheap.

I just got it today! It arrived earlier than what they said. I've only read a few pages, but it is so far pretty cool.

I think it is funny how the creater has references to other animes/games. I noticed that on the cover, on his bandana it says, "The Prince of Tennis".

The only thing I dislike is that it goes by faster than a normal book. I've read a little at a time since yesterday, and I am already about half way through. Oh well. I can get the second book cheap on Amazon.com also.

I'm used to reading books, and it would take me a long time to get through them. One of my friends has a manga that is pretty long. I didn't see the page numbers, but judging by how thick it was, it was probably about 400-500 pages long. Just the first book. I want to read the first one, see how I like it, and then get the others. I hope you do, I find it hilarious... book 15 should be out in March... or right now on amazon.com

Most Mangas aren't long and I finish them in a sitting. No different than comics or graphic novels. That's why they're in parts. Well it's a manga. I find it to be quite a bit longer than others. Well, I didn't like the other ones anyway. At least the first one. It made them look ugly.
I though it was odd when in book 1 they were introducing Gyeongho. They were talking abouthow he brings his sister on his dates. One person said, "Hmm... Last time I checked, we weren't living in Tennessee." How does some Korean person know about the cultural steretype of the South. Also, why would the character refer to Tennessee? They live in Korea. I wonder if it was just translated that way, or what?

A city like that could know about other parts of the world just like we do... The first book did look different, but I wouldn't say ugly coverwise. That is just my opinion.

Well, I guess I don't think they are ugly really. I just think they look better inside the manga. Right before typing this I read on wikipedia, that the translated character dialogue had been localized for North American audiences. That could explain for a lot of things.

And yes they were changing everything, in fact alot of the story is totally different in it's hometown.

Even though it was changed a lot, it is still good. I just finished it today, and I just ordered books 2-4.

I guess he looks that way. Its just the way the person drew him. Prettyboyness is not just looks, but personallity. He does not have that personallity, plus he doesn't quite look that way in the show.
