I've always liked the idea of Spawn, someone who uses purely evil abilities for good.

His first movie rocked, but that animated one was boring. The comics also have him fluctuating far too much.

I do not know much about him, besides Soul Calibur II. He is an awesome character. With his ultimate weapon in the game he can kill his foe in 2-3 hits.

I haven't heard of the anime.

Spawn was cool but then they started to give him rediculous power ups to where he was able to take on the ruler from Hell. the orginal Spiderman/Wolverine Spawn was very kool though they should have left him closer to those levels.

I've always been a big fan of Spawn since the series started. To be honest, I love Todd's direction with the series, and how it's always moving toward a final goal, and when that goal is reached, you literally have no idea what's next. Also, I kinda like the concept of Faust fighting back and taking what is his, being his soul and free will.

Honestly I like Spawn. At a point he was almost on par with God. I dont like him to be close to Spider/Wolverine level. I think when he had KOH powers he was on almost on par with Skyfathers

So what makes you like him Uber more? I do agree he should be powerful though.

I dont like him being uber like a god, I like him being strong like Thor or Silver Surfer. But not to weak like Spider-man or Wolverine.

At times (Like Thanos) Every characters gets a boost. Its enjoyable. ;D

Yea that's true. I didn't mind Spiderman's upgrades because he didn't become godlike with them, but if he had I wouldn't have liked it. Wolverine's "immortality" and godlike healing factor caused a rage on KMCrap.

I really wanted Spawn to be marvel (He had a chance) but Todd went his own way, now since he did that Spawn ends at 200. After that, No more Spawn series. If he was in Marvel, he could have fights with Thor, Surfer, Beta Ray, I wouldnt mind seeing loose and win to those guys, thats comic.

Yea he would have been perfect in Marvel, but I guess some people just want to do something different, can't fault that.

Only thing with Volume 1 is issue 9 and 10 are'nt in it well the one that i have anyway

issue 9 some dispute with Neil Gaiman and McFarlane with him being a dick over royalties with some characters Gaiman co-created

and issue 10 a character Dave Sim created which cameo'd 'Cerebus'.

Yea, it was a cool flick. They made some animated movie, but it put me to sleep.
