While goofing around with some experimental equipment at his home, a lighting storm broke out destroying his house and putting him in the hospital. When he woke up he realized that he could see things before they happened and his heightened senses allowed him to see farther, smell different things, and even hear long distances when he focused. He also discovered that his physique had changed to that of a highly skilled athlete and possessed agility of a higher level than even some of the best athletes.

His fighting skills aren't the best so he compliments them with a variety of instruments such as: EMP grenade - wipes out all electronic equipment in a 10 ft radius/ Holographic projector - located on belt can emit a hologram of roughly 6' tall/ Lightning disc - a disc that simulates a pulse of lightning but isn't quite as powerful/ Flash grenades - standard blinding grenades.

He specializes in infiltration and information. Due to his unique power-set he is very hard to hit or even find when he doesn't want to be found. I would call him more of a thief or distraction than a real threat, though I imagine he doesn't have much trouble taking down your average thug.

Born a mutant in Brooklyn in the early 40's Max's parents were killed by drug dealers beacuse of a deal went bad (parents were addicts). Max grew up within a foster family, not close at all, spent most of his time at the gym, he noticed early on he was addicted to power and the challenge of a fight. He had the strength and speed of some of the best olympic athletes by the age of 12. He was born a mutant, his power is that his atributes increase at an increadibly fast rate. He can accomplish feats of strength, speed and master's skills in a week that would take normal people years of intense training. To make a long story short he is trained by a boxer, goes into an underground fight club becomes champion undefeated, gets married has kids, one night he is asked to throw a fight by mobsters, he kills the guy and his family is killed, Max goes on a rampage, then goes into the military and they train him, etc. he notices the corruptness of the gov. so he goes solo. He eventually at full potenial should have healing factor greater than wolverine, can press 5 tons, masters all forms of combat and creates many more, within minutes into a fight he can find the best form of combat to take down his opponent, speed and agility like spiderman, all senses hightened beyond wolverine, master of all weaponary, but for this rp he'll be at the beginning of his power...

History: Cordera, also known as C or the C-Master, had been running the alliance for years, underground. Fighting against the persecution of his world long ago.

He was not normal though, being of half blood of the tainted, and half of the humans, he was a recluse as a younger person, but it also allowed him.... gifts. He could stay in contact with the tainted, and even manage to filch equipment from them.

Despite that he had grown to be quite personal, and charismatic. Quite adept at getting people to do what he wanted them to do, but in his heart he wanted to be alone.

Now he had one goal, and one passion.

Powers: C posses limited teleporting ability, and can fly short bursts. He likes to rely on his physical prowress, combat skills, mind, and leadership to bring his group to victory.

He is a mild shapeshifter and has limited mental manipulation, which applies to mind and matter.

History: Jacob Maxwell's was born into the life of a single mother weak and frail. His mother had been exposed to some very toxic chemicals on her stomach when she was two week premature. The chemicals soaked into her skin causing chemical burns. They had to operate to save the child from dieing. The problem the various subtances mixed with the premature birth had stunted is development physcially. So up until he was 9 years old he wasn't allowed to leave the house and was home tutered.

One day though young Jacob had gotten tire of watching the other kids playing so despite the risks he ventured outside when his motehr was at work. He got outside and the other kids looked at him very wierd he was very skinny and small. No one wanted him to be on their team. Although one kid and group of his friends did decide to "help" the young child play. They took them to outside a nuclear power plant that was located outside of town. There the bigger kids beat on small Jacob for no reason.

They left hm there battered and beaten. Jacob tried to get up but rolled into a small ditch where radioactive material was. Jacob though stood up and felt better than ever. He went home to his mother in fact he ran home the entire way.

After that he became quite athletic becoming the star running back for the high school team. He was also a very bright student especially in science. On things his motehr noticed though was that his Brown Eyes had become a dark green color. He would eventually get recruited by every top team in the nation but he ended up going to a lower ivy league school because of its works in Radiation a subject he had been overwhelmed with since his accident. He was in the fourth year of courses when he was working in the lab with his professor.

An accident happened where the machine they were working with had a glitch and an explosion happened. Doctor Herman got thrown backwards into a wall. The machine which was a small mini nuclear reactor was reaching critical meltdown. While the expolsiom would have been small the Ionic Radiation would have killed many people. Jacob could let this happen the only way to stop it was to reattach the cooling cord back to the main system. This though would expose him to large amounts of the radiation. He didn't hesitate though and grabbed the cord and put it back into place. He blacked out from the pain.

He awoke in the hospital with large crowds of Doctors around him talking. Jacob sat up and looked at them and asked what was wrong. One of the Doctors ent over and said nothing which is the which is weird because the thing you did should have killed you upon contact. That and now your giving of large amounts of radiation so much so that we have to move into a special lead room to keep the doctors safe.

What Jacob turned his head to look for a mirror. Once he found one he looked into it. He saw Bright Green Emrald Eyes staring back at him.

Eventually a certain wheelbond mn came into his room and offered Jacob a chance to test just what had happened to him. Jacob realizing this may be the only chance he has to get out of possible testing for the rest of his life took it.
The man had a special suit made for Jacob that would contain the radiation so no would be in danger from him.

From then on he has become Ionite the human battery of Ionic energy

When she travels she wears a long blue trench coat white flowing dress and army boots. She likes to look street wise.

Sera's last look is how she looks as Lady NightWish. She wears a long white dress with a flowing scarf, her hair flows free but is as white as snow and her eyes are as black as coal.

History
Sera comes from a long line of wiccans/banshees. She is infact the last wiccan/banshee that walks on the earth, her mother and grandmother were killed when Sera was just five years old, to stop the line from continuing but they were too late. Sera was born and at the age of five she was already quite powerful. She witnessed their deaths and with her powers made her self invisible to hide from her families killers. Sera was taken in by the locals and hidden away where she could learn every bit of magic that was needed for when the day would come to avenge her families death. She learned that her grandmother on her fathers side was a banshee who fell for a local irish boy. So sera is not only a wiccan but half banshee as well making her a semi- powerful human being.

Now she is a grown women she has one goal, and one passion to avenge her grandmothers and mothers death. Sera injured called for help and a man named C came.. They instantly hit it off and Sera's powers became stronger..
