What you heard is a bunch of people talking about children's books. Seriously, they're children's books. No matter how you slice it. Like the Redwall series? Those were good books.

Not familiar with the Redwall series, but I seriously doubt it. These books require a limited attention span to enjoy.

Redwall books were long, but they were mostly a book you'd read in middle school to early high school. You can always look it up on wiki.
