I had preordered TIH DVD on eBay way back, and got it early in the mail about two to three weeks ago. It has tons of special features, and the movie is just as great as it was in theaters.

From what both Kevin Feige and Gale Anne Hurd have said, a sequel is coming, but after the Avengers movie, which is set to be released in 2011. TIH has been selling a hell of a lot of DVD's since it's been released, so it's entirely possible they may rethink their position on a sequel and release one before the Avengers hits theaters.
