Chrono Trigger was a good game.
The main character looks just somebody from the DBZ universe.

Chrono Trigger was a good game. The main character looks just somebody from the DBZ universe. Yeah, that's actually what I don't like about it. I think the character designer from DBZ drew him. Apparently variety is not his strong point. But yeah who knew Crono was really just trying to throw a football over some mountains and win a state championship. He doesn't say much so you never really know what he's thinking.

As the main character of the series, he should be able to speak most of the time.

Well what about Mario, Link, Samus, and countless other RPG characters who never say a word the entire game?
Wow Gamestop finally updated it. Go look at that website again. It's funny.

Well, they should have a decent speech, too.
The updated version is funnier than the previous version. I wonder how many times they're going to edit it.

lol I wonder if they're ever gonna make a legit one. They're obviously doing it for marketing purposes though. I mean look. We're talking about it right now.

True, but I guess they can do whatever they want as long as they don't give out spoilers and such.

Oh yeah. You know what? There should be some kind of Federal law against announcing spoilers. I mean the only thing really keeping people from doing it nowadays is just common courtesy. Somebody could explode and just start shouting Harry Potter spoilers like crazy, and then walk away unpunished. What's up with that? Is that what we call freedom of speech? tsk tsk, silly idealistic founding fathers. How did they not foresee such an obvious exploit?

Like you said, it's common courtesy. I admit that I would be somewhat disappointed if someone revealed the ending to one of my anticipated movies/books, but someone shouldn't get fined/arrested for doing that.
Besides, it's up to the fans to take it seriously or not. Most of the time, a hater of the franchise might shout out a bunch of false spoilers just to anger and/or disappoint the fans. You can't stop him/her unless he/she does it publicly, so it's best just to read/watch the book/movie and find out the ending for yourself.

Spoilers never got to me, I still enjoyed it the same. I'm weird like that though.

Yes you are very wierd. They should be lined up. And shot. Like those nuts on game FAQs for example, making threads with titles like: "Killing 'X' who is also your father *SPOILERS MAYBE*" At the same time, you do have a point. It is certainly up to the person on the receiving end to decide whether they will take a spoiler seriously. The problem is, sometimes there's really not much reason to doubt, especially if you know the person has read the book/played the game/watched the movie or whatever.

I avoid going to the GameFAQS forum because I'm sure there are a bunch of people who'll reveal all kinds of information without using spoiler tags. Honestly, they should be considerate of other people. That's very true. However, some fans might purposely spread all kinds of false information and spoilers just because they, personally, didn't like the ending. I'm sure that the people who were fans of the video game/movie villains did something similar to that since it's very likely that their favorite character(s) died. Spoilers never got to me, I still enjoyed it the same. I'm weird like that though. I wouldn't say you're weird... I'm not affected by them as long as the spoilers aren't extremely inportant information, like the death of the main character(s).
