You know what really sets me to a boil, well not really a boil but has me scratching my head? How is it possible for a struggle between high level abstract entities that defy all the laws of physics on a whim and who's exsistence cannot be comprehened by mortals come down to who can best who in fisticuffs? This is so out of character it's laughable and what's sad is that too many of big G's showings are like this. Not even Odin does this and he's not even comparable to an abstract. What's wrong with marvel and what's worst is that Galactus dosn't use M-bodies so he has no excuse. |

That is pretty stupid, but I guess the writers are only human. I guess I could understand if he was fighting a full powered Tyrant and they were depleted of energy or something, but still.

To be fair he was hungry when he was fighting inbetweener, but it just doesn't cut it for me and it doesn't explain why the In-Betweener was bleeding.  Another instance was his fight with Agamotto where he tried to bite galactus with his fangs and Galactus had to blast his head of with his eye beam. . .I died laughing. Galactus's hunger has always been a plot device. Because someone that powerful should have no problem finding an energy source to consume let alone planets. This is just outta hand. |

That is why total plot devices like that are frustrating, Magic, GL rings, etc. They fluctuate too much. |
