He could start forming it, but he could never get the time to fire it before something like Kamui rips his head off, or Juuken disables him... He doesn't move while forming it, unlike Goku and the others.

But yea, after a certain extend, I suppose it doesn't matter if it's 92 times, 93 times, or 100 times, the end result is the same.

They actually don't, that's the thing. Hold up... after 22nd budokai, Roshi literally falls off the map... he has done literally nothing past that, he hasn't even learned to fly. Videl at the very least has that. They'd be on par with some of the Low-Mid tiers like Sakura and Ino. While Roshi would take most of the Mid-High tiers. Meh, If your relying on the moon busting Kamehameha as a staple, it takes far too long for that to fire. Ino has that mind fuckery going on, and Sakura's precision at least matches Roshi's, and Roshi has always had trouble with females whom can physically overpower him   We're not talking about when he falls off the map. This thread is anything goes remember? Even without his moon busting Kamehameha Roshi is at least Town level and is much faster than all if not most Naruto characters. Again this is anything goes; there is no CIS. |

Are you telling me he is not?  I wasn't serious with that you know... Well, depending on translations and dubs of course, some have him moving at near lightspeed... I doubt thats official though. That said, Kishimoto did once state that guns and missiles would make the ninjas extinct. I am not sure if he ment that the ninja way of life as a philosophy would die off or wether or not gunfire would actually simply kill them all... *Shrugs* I'm not a big fan of Battledome's featwars style of debating (part of the reason I don't go there), but I will say that there is more to fighting than simply having more raw speed and power. Variety of powers can play a massive role in whom eventually becomes successful. Things like intelligence also plays a role. And Pain is not an idiot, Raditz isn't very high on the intelligence quota, he's not as low on the scale as say Nappa or Recoome, but he's not in the realm of Vegeta or Piccolo in terms of brains either... That said, would I actually bet on Pain winning 1on1 against Raditz, even as 6 paths? No.... Not even God Path (Yahiko Pain) can tip that scale, no matter how big a Shinra Tensei he can do. |
