I was just giving a very basic briefing on how the gamer challenges work. Very simple, you can post a challenge that you did, or you can challenge someone else directly. Very simple, just place it in a separate thread an figure out if you want to see them do it in person or if they should post a vid. Rewards are fine, but use at your own discretion. That is all.
