Heres a leak list from shoryuken:
King of Fighters XIV’s Entire Cast Leaks Again
To say that King of Fighters XIV is the leakiest fighting game in recent memory wouldn’t be much of a stretch. Far from a couple of unknown characters, the entire cast was revealed through forum posts months before the game was even announced, and official reveals since then have matched those leaks perfectly.
thacmaster.proboards.com/thread/2603/kof-xiv-3d-models?page=3
posted by The Big Daddy C-Master at Nov 4, 2015 at 8:17pm But we were still in the dark when it came to the newcomers on the King of Fighters XIV roster. For example, we knew one of the newcomers fit the “Mysterious Hooded Man” trope, but how much of a spoiler could a basic description like that be?
Well, fans no longer have to wonder, because we were recently provided with what appears to be a legitimate character select screen, or at least a mock-up of one. Folks are still not entirely sure where it originated, but the earliest source we could find is a Twitter user by the name of shen-woo, which was then picked up by JohnGrimm in our own forums, and then finally plopped at our feet by the one and only Laban.
forums.shoryuken.com/discussion/comment/10682159/#Comment_10682159
We want to thank everyone involved with bringing this to our attention, and also take the time to tell those of you averse to being spoiled that now is probably a good time to vacate the article.
As you can see, the image above depicts the entirety of the King of Fighters XIV roster as described in the aforementioned leaks. New characters are outlined in red, highlighting the fact that three full teams are comprised of newcomers. These include the Another World squad made up of Samurai Shodown’s Nakoruru, Sky Love’s Love Heart, and Dragon Gal’s Mui Mui; the South American team; and the Official Invites, who were previously listed as the Palace Wan team.
The photo also gives us our first glimpses of the mid-boss and final boss of King of Fighters XIV, a “Russian billionaire” and “non-human species” respectively…if the leaks are to be believed.
While we don’t speak Chinese ourselves, a friendly community member has assured us that the text at the top of the image is grammatically correct, a key point that many fake leaks get wrong. It mainly highlights the large cast, stating that a total of 19,600 team combinations are possible thanks to the 50 playable characters.

Looks much better with the images like that and that is one interesting character. SNK definitely has some odd character choices sometimes but it's what gives them part of their appeal.

Heres some KOF XIV footage from shoryuken:
More King of Fighters XIV Footage Surfaces from South Korea’s PlayStation Arena
South Korea, alongside Latin America and China, is known as one of the more popular regions for King of Fighters competition. With this in mind, SNK Playmore trotted out a playable build of King of Fighters XIV last Sunday at PlayStation Arena in Seoul. Luckily for those who weren’t able to attend, Gato ray captured a good amount of off-screen footage.
As the developers are still using an older build, likely the one shown at C3 Expo in February, none of the recently announced characters were playable. That said, the videos below still provide glimpses of aspects we may have missed in previous footage, including King’s ground bounce off her EX Tornado Kick, her Surprise Rose Desperation Move, Leona having a follow-up from Grand Saber yet again, the start of Robert’s EX Ranbu, and more.

Heres info about a build that will bring 20 characters from shoryuken: SNK Playmore Bringing King of Fighters XIV Build with Over 20 Characters to KSB 2016 While SNK Playmore has shown off King of Fighters XIV at conventions across the globe, the upcoming title will be put through its first round of legitimate competition at KVO x TSB 2016 next month. Fortunately, the developers plan to dramatically increase the number of playable characters. shoryuken.com/2016/03/01/kvo-x-tsb-returns-in-april-with-street-fighter-v-king-of-fighters-xiv-and-more/According to a recent tweet, the build SNK is taking to Japan will feature a roster of over 20 fighters, a far cry from the small handful that have been on display the past few months. To date, 26 cast members have been revealed, which means a good deal of those characters (if not all) should be playable at the event. King of Fighters XIV is scheduled to launch for PlayStation 4 sometime this year. Be sure to watch KVO x TSB 2016 the weekend of April 29 to see some of its earliest tournament play. kvo2k.com/

Here is bonus info about Garou Mark of the Wolves from shoryuken:
King of Fighters XIV Director Hasn’t Given Up on Garou: Mark of the Wolves Sequel
Although recent years have seen SNK Playmore focus on King of Fighters exclusively, the studio owns a number of properties that are still near and dear to fans’ hearts. One such title is Garou: Mark of the Wolves, the most recent installment of the Fatal Fury franchise. Fortunately, hope is not lost for a follow-up.
During his visit to the Seika Kyouen tournament in Tokyo, Japan, King of Fighters XIV director Yasuyuki Oda commented on the event’s main titles, one of which just happened to be Mark of the Wolves. “I think people here are thinking, ‘Hey what are you doing, aren’t you forgetting about Garou?'” Oda said after showing off the latest King of Fighters trailer. “I’m going to do something about it before I die (laughs), so please keep on supporting us.”
Garou: Mark of the Wolves occupies a unique position in the SNK universe. As a bit of a scrub on the subject, I was confused as to why folks would want a sequel to the older title with King of Fighters XIV on the way, so I reached out to Giby Zia, Chris “Hellpockets” Fields, Andres Velasco y Coll, and Mike Spragg for their input on the matter.
According to Zia, this is mostly due to the split in mechanics that occurred as the franchises went their separate ways. “Fatal Fury has always toyed around with different gameplay mechanics with each title, while King of Fighters has rarely gone off too far from the status quo,” he explained. “Mark of the Wolves adopted a more Street Fighter style of play and ditched some of the more notable mechanics, mainly plane switching.” Fatal Fury’s status as the original Street Fighter competitor also makes it a bit more important than King of Fighters in the eyes of players, and it almost feels as if the latter has gradually usurped the former’s throne over the years.
Velasco y Coll noted that things like Just Defend and certain canceling mechanics further set Fatal Fury apart from King of Fighters. “SNK games were always entrenched in a weird system that dictated how the game would be played and, in a way, King of Fighters has become both their identity and their vanilla offering,” he said. “I’m not surprised to see interest in a Garou, which would play very differently.”
While I spoke to them separately, all four mentioned that the outcry for a Mark of the Wolves sequel also comes from the fanbase’s focus on its consistent storyline, something that has gone by the wayside in King of Fighters. “I know story isn’t that big of an issue for many competitive gamers,” Zia continued, “but die hard SNK fans eat up story and seem to know every detail about the games and characters, much like how anime players know their games.”
Spragg, too, cited Fatal Fury’s more narrow, focused plot as a key element to its continued popularity. “We need closure. What happened to Rock after Mark of the Wolves? Is Geese alive in Fatal Fury canon? What is Terry doing?” he explained.
Even though many regard the King of Fighters series as having some of the most fleshed out casts in the genre, I got the sense that even they don’t compare to the various Fatal Fury rosters from games past. “[King of Fighters] is kind of forced to include a certain amount of fan favorites to please people and have little space dedicated to brand new characters and additions from old games,” Fields said. This sentiment was also expressed by Spragg, who specifically mentioned wanting to see characters like Blue Mary, Duck King, Kim Dong Hwan, and Kim Jae Hoon, who have appeared in past releases but all but disappeared since.
With these details in mind, it’s easy to see why Oda’s mention of a possible Garou sequel has gained so much attention within the SNK community. As one of the key staff members during development of the original Mark of the Wolves, he is in a unique position to carry on its legacy in this modern era. Let’s hope he isn’t too burnt out on King of Fighters XIV to make accomplish this goal.

Geese joins King of Fighters 14 in predictable fashion, Ryo also shown and Joe sneaks in before his official reveal
A new King of Fighters 14 trailer was shown today, and in case the leaked roster hadn't made it predictable enough already, SNK decided to really drive the point home with Geese's return in the video.
Art of Fighting's star player, Ryo, also shows up in the trailer.

Heres Sylvie's comparision from eventhubs:
King of Fighters 14's Sylvie is pretty much Japanese popstar Kyary Pamyu Pamyu in digital form
Though it was briefly discussed in the comments of her original release trailer story on our site, it felt apt to delve a bit closer into just how much King of Fighters 14's new character Sylvie draws comparison to Japanese popstar Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is a popular singer in Japan, perhaps most known for just how incredibly weird she can be, with several of her videos managing to go viral, starting with 2011's Ponponpon.
Below, you can see a few pictures of Kyary in her various strange clothing, as well as a screen capture from the Ponponpon video featuring a bunch of eyeballs gazing at her ... Eyeballs that Sylvie Paula Paula also (Yes, SNK, we see what you did there) wears as accessories.

Here is some employment info from eventhubs:
Former Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 battle director, Neo_G, no longer working for Capcom; now employed by SNK Playmore
Hidetoshi Ishizawa -- more commonly known as Neo_G -- is no longer working at Capcom. According to social media, the veteran fighting game developer is now employed by SNK Playmore.
For those unfamiliar with Neo_G, he's got quite the fighting game resume. Having worked at Capcom since 1995, Ishizawa has had a hand in a laundry list of classic Capcom fighters including Darkstalkers, Street Fighter 3, the Street Fighter Alpha series, and even Capcom vs. SNK.
Yesterday, a tweet was posted by the former Capcom dev announcing his new venture. The tweet reads, "So with that, I'm now with SNK. I actually became a NEO G like my namesake! haha"
Ishizawa also altered the employment history on his personal Facebook page to reflect the change.
The Facebook listing also mentions that Ishizawa has been working at SNK since January 2016, leading many to believe that he is currently involved with the company's next major fighting game release -- King of Fighters 14.

Heres streaming date from shoryuken:
SNK Playmore to Show Off New King of Fighters XIV Build with Expanded Cast on April 25
Despite all of the recent trailers that SNK Playmore has released for the King of Fighters XIV, we’ve yet to see any gameplay footage of the recently announced characters. However, that’s going to change soon with the company bringing a new build of the game to their King of Fighters XIV Experience event in Tokyo on April 25.
Taking place at the E-sports Square Akihabara, the event will allow Japanese players to get their hands on the King of Fighters XIV for the first time ever. The new build itself will feature 24 playable characters. While that doesn’t cover the entire cast, that’s more than any previous build has shown and should cover most of the newly announced characters.
For those who won’t be able to attend, SNK Playmore will also be streaming the event live on their Twitch channel.
xhttps://www.twitch.tv/snkofficial/profile Of course, this isn’t the only event with the King of Fighters XIV in Japan this month. The game, likely with the same 24 character build, will also be playable on KVO x TSB 2016 in Osaka on April 30.

Here are 2 new fighters from eventhubs:
Mui Mui and Kukri revealed for King of Fighters 14
Two brand new characters were revealed today in the 11th King of Fighters 14 teaser trailer, Mui Mui and Kukri.
Mui Mui is a kung fu expert, who originated from the SNK pachinko slot machine, Dragon Gal. She's the last successor of the dragon clan of martial artists, and loves to eat and battle new opponents.
She can also briefly transform into an adult version of herself in the pachinko games she's appeared in, due to her dragon blood.
SNK Playmore didn't offer as many details about Kukri though, simply saying that he's a "mysterious combatant enshrouded in mystery," and from the trailer we can see he has many sand based attacks.

Here is minor info about "special intros" from fightersgeneration:
New King of Fighters XIV Screenshot Confirms The Return of "Special Intros" Between Fighters
SNK Playmore has been randomly releasing new KOF XIV screenshots each week via Twitter. One of the latest screenshots shows a classic pre-fight interaction between Geese Howard and his faithful henchman, Billy Kane. This confirms the return of "special intro" animations which will occur between specific fighters before each match. Hopefully SNK will include many more of these in KOF 14!

Heres are North America publisher from shoryuken:
Atlus to Publish the King of Fighters XIV in North America, Promises Improved Online Play
Atlus U.S.A. has officially announced that they will be publishing SNK Playmore’s upcoming fighter, the King of Fighters XIV in North America.
The company has had a history of bringing multiple fighting game franchises, such as Guilty Gear, Persona 4 Arena, as well as previous titles in the King of Fighters series–going as far back as the EX series for the Game Boy Advance–to western audiences. More recently, they handled the western console release of the King of Fighters XIII.
As part of their announcement, Atlus listed a rundown of the game’s features, which you can read below. •3D Evolution: All 50 fighters, movesets and more are rendered in full 3D graphics that preserves the essence of King of Fighters‘s visual style but updates it with a whole new dimension. •The Best Refinement since The King of Fighters ’98: Through extensive playtesting and balancing, the controls have been streamlined, and the Combo and Max Mode mechanics have been overhauled to create the most competitive fighter in SNK’s history. •The The King of Fighters Saga Continues: There’s a robust single-player storyline where several years have passed since the previous The King of Fighters tournament. Now a worldwide business, the global The King of Fighters will decide who is the strongest as both individuals and companies with their own ambitions have come to compete. Players compete against CPU-controlled opponents to unlock the storyline. •The Best Roster Yet: There are 50 fighters total, with 31 returning from previous entries into the The King of Fighters series, and 19 brand new characters. All 50 characters will be available at the game’s launch. •Revamped Online Experience: The King of Fighters XIV has devoted a lot of development time to improving the game’s netcode for vastly improved online gameplay. The King of Fighters XIV uses the PS4’s online architecture to have a whole host of online conveniences, from spectating to saving replay/battle data, and having a single online The King of Fighters XIV profile to connect with friends.
The last on the list is probably the most exciting bit about this announcement, as the console release of the King of Fighters XIII wasn’t exactly known for having good netcode.
