Yeah, it is. But even so, going by those strange creatures I have dubbed feats(which KMCers never discovered to use in their debates), Superman would win. He is much too fast, strong, and durable for Goku to handle.

Here's my opinion on the fight.

Goku prepares to do a Kamehameha.
Superman punches his head off.
Batman says,"What the hell did you do that for?"
Superman says,"I don't know, guy said he could blow up a planet, I figured he could take a punch."

Noncanon. And evidence states highly otherwise. Goku could possibly beat Byrne's weak Superman, but not current.

I never understood why Superman could take bullets head on, but when the gun was thrown at him, he would dodge it.
The only thing Superman has is strength. There are a lot more to that in a fight. Goku, is a lot more agile, and he is an actual fighter. He trained for years, while Superman has very little fighting skill. The only reason he wins is because of his speed and strength.

It is hard to say because both of them are very inconsistent. Superman struggles to move a train, but can move the Earth. Goku struggles to lift 10 tons, but can punch someone so hard that it leaves a crater the sizes of a football field. I guess Goku would be overall stronger, if you calculate in his projectile strength.

Superman is immune to damn near everything nowadays though, it's why I hate arguing against him. He's highly resistant to kryptonite as well, and transmutation (what fat buu used to always do when he transformed them to candy), and he has that bio aura. Plus he's a solar battery, the closer he is to the sun the more powerful he gets.

I am not a huge Superman fan, in fact I like Goku more.

Strength: I don't care what you all say, Goku is NOWHERE near as strong as Superman, Superman moves planets for God's sake, and friggin moved the...what was it called? Megadon Wheel or sumthin like that, that was used to work a machine or sumthin(can't really remember lol) as big as a solar system. Superman's punches when he fought Doomsday(this was a weaker incarnation of Supes btw) in Metropolis were felt all the way in Gotham. Goku can't lift 10 tons in base form, and btw, strength is not the only thing that matters in punching strength, mass, speed, and skill affect it too, and Superman has all but skill over Goku.

Speed: Superman can fly multiples of lightspeed...Goku takes awhile to fly to places on Earth. Superman has far better reflexes and thinks faster as well.

Durability: Superman is far more durable, having suvived planet destroying Green Lantern blasts, the Omega Beams from friggin Doomsday, and punches from Superboy Prime(whose punches altered reality on a multiversal scale). Goku in terms of physical durability isn't close, it can be argued however that Goku and Supe's energy durability may be comparable.

Power Output: Goku can blow more up, but Superman's Heat Vision burns hotter than the sun, Goku still takes this tho.

Skill: Goku is a better fighter, I'm not a fanboy, but Supes isn't so shabby, he has been trained in boxing by Wildcat(and just in case someone says that martial arts>boxing, boxing is a martial art).

Experience: Supes has seen and done much more than Goku, and has fought a greater variety of opponents, from the adapting brute Doomsday, to the godlike Darkseid, and the seemingly invincible Superman Prime.

Superman wins in a stomp for one real reason, Superman is so fast and strong he can easily take him out before Goku can move.

I don't think strength is something good to compare, because Superman's strength varies so much. Today's Superman is a lot more stronger than the old one. Can you say that is "canon". The original author didn't make him that strong. Some other guy changed him.

I don't know about you but, boxing isn't a very comparable form of fighting when going up the styles of that of DBZ. Goku is way more skilled.

How fast Superman can fly has nothing to do with how fast he is in fights. That is a different type of speed. If the top martial artist goes up against the fastest runner, you say that the runner is going dodge and throw punches faster? Those speeds don't relate to each other.

No, been explained, that was Golden Age Superman, or Earth-2 Superman, an alternate reality Superman, whose powers just took longer to develop(when he was killed by Superboy Prime, he was at least comparable, maybe STRONGER than current Superman). This is current Supes. And don't make me bring Silver Age/Pre-Crisis feats into this, that's the Superman that literally sneezed and destroyed a solar system.

2. Really? I already said that Goku is more skilled, but Goku's punches actually have some similarities to boxing, he has an excellent jab, and can throw efficient right hooks and uppercuts.

3. Notice when I said reflexes. Superman is faster in any imaginable way. Goku uses high speed fighting more often, granted, but Superman doesn't use it as often due to the fact that he doesn't need to, he uses just enough force to incapacitate his opponent.

Goku can't even move half the speed of light, Superman can move and react many multiples of it.

well technically, that would just mean his charge would be unstoppable. If he aims at Goku from a good distance he could just impale him.
I like Goku more though. Superman is just an overpowered turd if you ask me. Never liked him.

And you know there's always something that bothered me about Superman moving planets. That's kind of impossible. I don't care if he's strong enough, it's just he can't apply that kind of surface area force being as small as he is. It would be like someone trying to push me out of a room with the tip of a knife. The knife would go through me but I probably wouldn't get pushed very far, and all that doesn't mean they're not strong enough to push me out of a room..
