I dunno, but Gill can break the ocean with his hand. Charlie (in his highest form) has broken mountains with a kick... pretty badass actually.

Gill is very cheap, but powerful. He did split the ocean and he has a myriad of powerful techniques plus full matter manipulation over Pyro and Cyro, and the miracle element.

Bison with Alpha drive might beat him in a direct confrontation (though it should be close) but Gill'd resurrect.

S. Gouki, Unsealed Oro, Gill, and Shin Bison are the top tier sf characters in terms of storyline.

Charlie could only hold his own for awhile against Bison in his BEST showings, Bison murdered Charlie without a thought in his other showings, just choked him to death, and it's actually in the same showing where Guile beat Ryu and Ken.

Current Ryu and Ken make Guile kiss their feet.

Alpha and 2v, Bison would kill Charie all out, Charlie looked good like that in one showing.

He did Ryu and ken were teens and the only ones worthy to fight Bison. Guile wasn't.

Still canon.

Current Ryu and Ken are second tier behind the bosses. It's common knowledge Oro is training Ryu who has stalemated Gouki on an island. He has also surpassed his Dark Hado...

No, Charlie died, Guile went to rescue Chun Li (who's father was attempted to be assassinated because of Cammy (who Balrog tricked).

Really good series, probably my favorite, it's really long and detailed.
