Want to design a costume for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round? KOEI TECMO holding Designer's Challenge 2016 in preparation for Halloween
Do you fancy yourself the artistic type? Are you a fan of designing alternate looks for your favorite fighting game characters?
Well, now it's time to put those skills to the test!
KOEI TECMO is reaching out to fans for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round Halloween costume designs. As long as you are 17 years or older, you can submit as many entries as you like.
Winning costume designs will be made into actual in-game outfits and will become available worldwide this October. The deadline for submissions is Monday, May 16th 2016 (JST).
Dead or Alive 5 Last Round Designer's Challenge 2016 rules
• You must be at 17 years or older.
• You can enter as many costumes as you want for any characters you want.
• Please submit your design in JPG/JPEG format.
• There are no restrictions on what tools can be used for the designs (can be hand drawn, 3D renders, 2D digital images, etc).
• The design must be original works and not copies of existing designs.
• Please mention which character do you think your design is for.
**We will not accept any designs created by an illegal CG model, by editing existing design.

You read that correctly, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round has a fourth season pass out, and it costs $92.99.
What do you get for your money? Over the course of the next three months you'll receive four different costume packs, totaling 78 costumes in all. Those who purchase in bulk will also get a special bonus Ayane 'Miyama Ageha' costume, seen below.

Here are My thoughts
I really love Marie's hoodie that looks adorable, Honoka looks pretty sexy in that outfit, and Ayane 'Miyama Ageha' is lovely these are My favorites.
The rest that is part of the Newcomer costumes are really nothing special, maybe when there are plans for a DOA fighting game that maybe they should make certain outfits like School Uniforms like the one Marie, Phase-4, NyoTengu, & Honoka for example maybe the next time they want to give every costume that is just same (or just a color alt.) should be one costume that almost everyone should wear which would be more convenient rather than going out of their way make each character separate purchase especially if someone involve with the DLC process isn't planning on going out of their way than making it different for each character.
I'll be planning on getting the pack later, since I'm planning on saving up to go to Las Vega for EVO.

As far as designing stuff goes, the only thing I was involved was when America had a create your movelist when DOA5 was in production & an attempt at making a Darkstalkers for a contest where fans could include their fan made Darkstalkers for Darkstalkers Resurrection which non of My stuff had won (even had some technical issues in the Darkstalkers). I even have ideas for a manga project which was something that rarely had move forward.
I'm on the Central Coast.

Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Shows Off its New Atelier and Gust Costumes
Coming hot off the trails of the new Atelier announcement for Atelier Firis, Koei Tecmo has released a new video showing off all of the new Gust-related costumes that will be added to Dead or Alive 5: Last Round.
The costumes focus pretty heavily of Atelier costumes, having Marie Rose dressed as Totori, Honoka as Rorona, and a bunch more. However, there are a number of costumes that are not Atelier based, like Phase 4 as Arnice from Yoru no Nai Kuni (Nights of Azure).
You can check out the video showing some of the costumes in action above, or go ahead and just download the costumes as they are available now.

My current plan is getting a new part to repair My PS3 to play PS3 games & test out My PS1 game that I got from amazon which came with a broken case (I was buying it on new condition), but looked like the disc didn't suffer but I plan on play testing to make sure it plays. The game I got was Inuyasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale. Also get more Nintendo cards to get Corrin & Bayonetta, get $50 to combined what I got from amazon to get Season Pass 3, and to get Killer Instinct Season 3.

Following the Atelier and Gust collaboration costumes we saw last month, Koei Tecmo revealed in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine the latest collaboration costumes for Dead or Alive 5: Last Round, and this time it features costumes from the popular anime and manga Fairy Tail.

DOA Festival Returns July 9th DOA Festival was an amazing event last year not just because of the incredible offline tournament -- but because it was an event that had serious appeal to every last person remotely interested in Dead or Alive. This year Team NINJA is doing it again with the same mindset they had in 2015. teamninja-studio.com/doa5/lastround/us/doa_festival2016.htmlTeam NINJA announced Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 at the event last year; a game that people had waited nearly ten years to play. With an announcement like that last year, do you think we could see another special DOA related announcement next month? My opinion is, yes... we will see something new; especially since Hayashi has indicated big news for DOA more recently. The electric Xcalibur Blades, the frantic and visceral style of @bboydragon and the risky but graceful Air Gear will all be representing North America as they battle for a chance to win a paid trip to the Final Showdown at NEC. Kwiggle represented the United States last year and he won but said the Japanese players were unlike anyone he's fought before and that we should all practice for their defensive style. So to all attending: don't slack off on your tech and be ready for a competitive tournament. If you are looking for Dead or Alive merch, you can probably find it at the booths. Show Highlights:

In a surprise move at today's Dead or Alive Festival, Koei Tecmo announced new Dead or Alive 5: Last Round content, and I don't think anyone was expecting this.
At the event, they first announced that they'd be doing collaborations including the highly popular manga and anime series Attack on Titan, featuring costumes for the game's characters based on the series, as well as a new stage featuring one of the series' signature titans.
But more than that, they also announced that they've been collaborating with SNK, and are bringing King of Fighters postergirl Mai Shiranui into the game. While Koei Tecmo aren't strangers to fighting game crossovers, with their game already featuring 4 guests from Virtua Fighter, this is still a pretty unexpected move. Here are some images.
It was also said that they'd be releasing King of Fighters-themed costumes, with examples listed being Yuri Sakazaki, Hinako Shijou and Kasumi Todoh. Even more costumes from other IPs were mentioned, which you can find art of at our source.

Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Gets New Sexy Bikinis and New $93 Season Pass If you’re eager to dress your Dead or Alive 5: Last Round Heroines in new bikinis, today is your day, as Koei Tecmo just released the new Flower Costume set. Each costume costs $2.99 on its own, while the whole set costs $19.49, with each bikini being “destructible” as it loses the flowers as the girl takes damage. The new set is also part of a brand new $92.99 costume pass, which will also include the release of Mai Shiranui from The King of Fighters in September and a sexy Nyotengu Teacher costume as a purchase bonus. Being the fifth costume pass, this means that those who will get it, and bought all the previous ones, will have spent about $465 in DLC, which is pretty impressive. Or crazy.
