I've seen a video showing off Jason's moves

has one move where it makes him invincible but only for a few minutes but after its finished he's stunned, So yeah you gotta pick your moment to do that move.

I fatality is cool, but the other looks really silly to me. He has some neat stuff though.

I'm not as crazy about "celebrity" guest characters, but they are ok. I would have preferred Cyrax to Predator. At this point I'm waiting for the price to go down so that I can pick it up cheap.

I think it's pretty cool that they have guest characters because nrs does a good job making characters from scratch. Also, mkx topped the games of 2015.

I mean I don't mind them nor do I think they're poorly done. I'm just more indifferent than anything. I would like to see Capcom put some characters from other series in SF (outside of just Final Fight). I guess the gameplay has a heavy 50/50 emphasis that I'm not as crazy of as well. I haven't been following it as intently.

What are the pros and cons of nrs games in your opinion? I had more fun with Mk 9 than Sf 4. I like their games more and more. They just need to make less ugly characters.

Those hoping for an "old-gen" version of Mortal Kombat X will not be happy with today's news.

A community admin over on the WB Games forums made an official announcement earlier today, stating that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game have been cancelled.

Below is the official statement.
After months of development, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has come to the regrettable conclusion that we cannot release Mortal Kombat X for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Please know our teams worked diligently to meet the quality standards set by the current-gen versions of the game.

We were not able to get the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions to the quality expected of a Mortal Kombat game and are very sorry for not being able to deliver the products as originally planned.

The WB representative encourages those who pre-ordered the last-gen ports to visit their local retailer as they will be given a full refund for the product.

I didnt even know a last gen version was in development. I wonder if gg xrd revelator will do the same thing since it has lots of new effects and the characters have a good amount of shading added to them.

Oh yea. I think the frame rate issue was during the overdrives(supers). I don't know if you have seen any revelator footage but a good amount of graphic enhancements were made

While many fighting game fans were waiting for Mortal Kombat X news to drop later tonight, the folks at WB Games Australia apparently couldn’t wait any longer and dropped a reveal trailer for the game’s next Kombat Pack.

As detailed below, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’s Leatherface, the iconic Xenomorph of the Alien franchise, Bo Rai Cho, and a cyborg hybrid of Sektor, Cyrax, and Smoke named Tri-Borg will be joining the Mortal Kombat X cast.
