He has peak human strength, doesn't have to be necessarily everything else. Like I just said. I thought you were saying he's too slow to be peak human, not that he's too slow to have peak human speed. |

Yea it is for the most part... as wierd as that is. I've heard him say that it's half muscle, but either way he shouldn't overpower Spider-man which he has in the past, that's bad writing.

Actually, him overpowering Spidey is bad writing, Kingpin is a peak human, Spidey can lift 25 tons.
